Privacy Policy: Mind Rumble
Who we are
Mind Rumble is made by Chinu Studio, an independent developer based in India. Contact: chinustudio.help@gmail.com.
If you play without signing in
Your name, avatar, settings, puzzle progress, times, streaks and badges are stored only on your device. We do not collect them and cannot see them. Android may include this app data in your device's own Google backup if you have backup turned on; that backup is managed by Google under your Google account, not by us.
If you choose to sign in with Google (optional)
Not in the current version: Mind Rumble 1.0 has no sign-in and sends nothing over the internet. This section applies only if sign-in is added in a later update.
Signing in gives you cloud save and the daily leaderboard. We then store the following with Google Firebase (our service provider):

Data is encrypted in transit. Firebase is operated by Google LLC and may process data on servers outside India. See Firebase privacy information.
Sharing
When you tap Share, the app creates a card or challenge text and opens your phone's share menu. Nothing is sent until you choose an app (for example WhatsApp or SMS), and then it goes only to whoever you choose. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not share it with advertisers.
Your choices and deleting your data
- Play as a guest. Sign-in is optional.
- Delete your account and all cloud data at any time in the app: Settings → Delete account. Or request deletion at mindrumble.pages.dev/delete-account.
- Delete everything stored on your phone: Settings → Reset progress, or uninstall the app.
We delete cloud data within 30 days of a request. We keep cloud data only while your account exists.
Children
Mind Rumble is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. The games can be played without signing in, which collects no personal data. If you believe a child has signed in, contact us and we will delete the account.
Permissions
Version 1.0 sends nothing over the internet. If optional sign-in is added later, internet access will be used only for sign-in, cloud save and the leaderboard. Vibration is used for optional haptic feedback. It does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone or files.
Changes
If we add features that change what data is used (for example ads), we will update this policy and the date above before those features go live.

बिना साइन इन के खेलने पर
आपका नाम, अवतार, सेटिंग्स, पहेली प्रगति, समय, सिलसिला और बैज सिर्फ़ आपके डिवाइस पर सेव होते हैं। हम इन्हें इकट्ठा नहीं करते और देख भी नहीं सकते। अगर आपके फ़ोन में बैकअप चालू है, तो Android यह डेटा आपके Google बैकअप में रख सकता है; वह बैकअप आपके Google अकाउंट के तहत Google संभालता है, हम नहीं।
Google से साइन इन करने पर (वैकल्पिक)
मौजूदा वर्ज़न में नहीं: Mind Rumble 1.0 में साइन इन नहीं है और यह इंटरनेट पर कुछ नहीं भेजता। यह हिस्सा तभी लागू होगा जब किसी अगले अपडेट में साइन इन जोड़ा जाए।
साइन इन से क्लाउड सेव और दैनिक लीडरबोर्ड मिलता है। तब हम Google Firebase (हमारा सेवा प्रदाता) में यह रखते हैं:
- Google अकाउंट ID, नाम और ईमेल: अकाउंट बनाने और चलाने के लिए।
- गेम प्रगति (हल की गई पहेलियाँ, समय, सिलसिला, बैज, नाम और अवतार): क्लाउड में सेव करने और नए फ़ोन पर वापस लाने के लिए।
- दैनिक लीडरबोर्ड एंट्री (नाम, अवतार, समय): लीडरबोर्ड दिखाने के लिए। ये दूसरे खिलाड़ियों को दिखती हैं।
डेटा भेजते समय एन्क्रिप्ट रहता है। Firebase को Google LLC चलाता है, और डेटा भारत के बाहर के सर्वरों पर भी प्रोसेस हो सकता है।
साझा करना
Share दबाने पर ऐप एक कार्ड या चैलेंज बनाकर आपके फ़ोन का शेयर मेन्यू खोलता है। जब तक आप कोई ऐप (जैसे WhatsApp या SMS) नहीं चुनते, कुछ नहीं भेजा जाता, और फिर सिर्फ़ उसी को जाता है जिसे आप चुनें। हम निजी डेटा न बेचते हैं, न विज्ञापनदाताओं से साझा करते हैं।
आपके विकल्प और डेटा मिटाना
- मेहमान बनकर खेलें; साइन इन ज़रूरी नहीं।
- अकाउंट और सारा क्लाउड डेटा कभी भी मिटाएँ: ऐप में सेटिंग्स → अकाउंट मिटाएँ, या mindrumble.pages.dev/delete-account पर अनुरोध करें।
- फ़ोन का सारा डेटा मिटाएँ: सेटिंग्स → प्रगति रीसेट करें, या ऐप अनइंस्टॉल करें।
अनुरोध के 30 दिनों के भीतर हम क्लाउड डेटा मिटा देते हैं।
बच्चे
Mind Rumble 13 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों के लिए नहीं बना है, और हम जानबूझकर उनसे निजी डेटा नहीं लेते। बिना साइन इन के खेलने पर कोई निजी डेटा नहीं लिया जाता।
अनुमतियाँ
वर्ज़न 1.0 इंटरनेट पर कुछ नहीं भेजता। अगर बाद में वैकल्पिक साइन इन जोड़ा गया, तो इंटरनेट सिर्फ़ साइन इन, क्लाउड सेव और लीडरबोर्ड के लिए इस्तेमाल होगा। वाइब्रेशन सिर्फ़ वैकल्पिक हैप्टिक फ़ीडबैक के लिए है। ऐप आपके कॉन्टैक्ट, लोकेशन, कैमरा, माइक्रोफ़ोन या फ़ाइलें नहीं देखता।
